“It’s hard to imagine anyone else giving better support, more creative ideas, and more persistent follow-through than CS Designworks.”
F. Peter Phillips, Business Conflict Management
Evidence shows that CS Designworks delivers effective websites for legal professionals.

When well-known arbitrator, mediator and consultant F. Peter Phillips set up his solo practice, he needed a website not only as an online presence for his business, but also to showcase his extensive publication and speaking experience. CS Designworks developed a complete visual brand, of which the custom designed website is integral. The site includes a description of his areas of expertise with references, and updated listings of his speaking engagements (with selected audio clips), and his published articles (with full text and downloadable PDFs).
While email blasts are sent upon the publication of new articles, Mr. Phillips needed a more immediate platform for up-to-date publishing and dialogue with his audience. To facilitate this, we worked with Mr. Phillips to launch Business Conflict Blog. Designed to work with his website, Mr. Phillips can now add fresh content to the blog on a regular basis on his own. His growing list of subscribers receive a weekly email alerting them to the latest posts.
“It’s hard to imagine anyone else giving better support, more creative ideas, and more persistent follow-through than CS Designworks,” Mr. Phillips says. “Along with consultant Molly Brannon, Nick and his team surpassed any expectation I had and led me to a level of marketing confidence that I never thought I could achieve. With them, branding and reputation are synonymous.”
Not only are the posts keeping Mr. Phillips top-of-mind, his blog is also attracting attention from several prominent alternative dispute resolution blogs and their readers. Business Conflict Blog was recently featured by The National Arbitration Forum Blog in “New ADR Blogs to Add to Your Reading List.” All of these efforts have resulted in a substantial increase in website traffic compared to just three months ago before the blog was launched.
EXHIBIT TWO: ADRAdvocate.com
Arbitration and mediation advocate Kathleen Scanlon needed to establish immediate and visible credibility – in a very short amount of time – for prospective clients when she established her firm, The Law Offices of Kathleen M. Scanlon. The look of her brand, including the website, needed to reflect her unique brand of sophisticated lawyering and advocacy.
A complete visual brand including a logo, stationery and a website was developed and launched within a month. The website clearly displays the firm's areas of practice in alternative dispute resolution, her accomplishments in writing and speaking, and bios of Ms. Scanlon and her partner. Ms. Scanlon has also increased her online exposure with email newsletters to introduce her company (via the website) and share new professional developments. This continued online presence ensures that her firm is readily found and contacted.
“CSD provides a perfect combination of creativity and professionalism,” Ms. Scanlon reports. “On numerous occasions during the launching of my website and later, they have presented me with professional designs that have a creative flair. The service is prompt and they have been able to meet tight deadlines. I look forward to continuing to use them.”
