Holiday List for RGTS.
Like most companies, Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions (RGTS) has been giving gifts to their clients as a gesture of good will for many years. CS Designworks has been fortunate to work with them for several years, and although trends have come and gone, RGTS has been able to give some of the most popular and appreciated items. Each year, CSD strives to make the new gift more interesting than the previous one. The gift criteria includes being useful and meeting the needs of different RGTS clients. “The dilemma approaches each year as we try to challenge and out-do ourselves. We start by making a list that includes items that are showing strong popularity. Whether it is high tech, desktop or name brand, we steer towards the clients’ specific taste,” explains Milena Buscaglia, Senior Promotions Advisor of CS Designworks.
CSD looks “inside the box”
Our process is to listen to our client, step into their shoes and ask ourselves tough questions. Would we like to receive this item? How do we feel about it? What about its quality and perceived value? We are the first level of quality control and the item must pass our scrutiny first. By stepping into our clients’ shoes, we envision the variety of other gifts they may receive during the holidays. For example, we know this client group plays golf for business and pleasure. On more than one occasion, CSD suggested a putter set, and one year we pushed the idea forward by giving the putter set as a gift to the RGTS staff. The set was so well received by RGTS that it became the top contender for their next holiday gift. The executive wood encased putter set would lead to another item, the handsome wooden boxed pen set for other clients. Bridging technology with tradition, for the mobile tier, a leather case gift opens to reveal useful computer accessories. For the desk bound clients, RGTS set the desktop spinning by sending an executive decision maker.

Working together, the planning begins in September. To guarantee the best selection, orders are placed in October. Gifts are produced by November when CSD plans the gift wrapping and fulfillment. By early December, shipping begins and the excitement builds! CSD creates gift programs that continue to reach further with unique ways to say thank you. A great gift is a positive reflection on RGTS, and when they share successful feedback – we are inspired!
