ACC Space, a vertically integrated commercial real estate brokerage company, came to CS Designworks in the midst of a redesign that wasn’t translating ACC Space’s vision. What ACC Space needed, and what CSD delivered on, is a website that communicates the small company’s breadth of knowledge, innovative strategies, and unique perspective.
Working closely with ACC Space, CSD created a responsive website that places ACC Space’s unique “Space Board” section front and center. The “Space Board” area of the website brings in-depth knowledge about properties, neighborhoods, and special topics to ACC Space’s audience so that clients can make informed decisions. In addition to this unique section, other features include site-wide drone footage, best-practices SEO integration, site-wide call-to-actions, a robust “Select Listings” area, a “Workspace Search” which allows prospective clients to tailor their search for commercial space, and “Tell Me More” forms with tracking code so that ACC Space can follow up on leads related to specific properties. Finally, the WordPress build enables ACC Space to add to the “Space Board” and “Select Listings” area on an ongoing basis.
