New Website for Newark's Eleven80

Eleven80 is a luxury apartment building in downtown Newark. With strategic partner Leyko Creative Group, CSD created a new website to showcase Eleven80’s unique amenities.
With a focus on appealing to a younger generation of New York professionals, Eleven80 wanted a responsive website that highlighted the building’s diversity, luxury, spacious apartments, surrounding cultural community, and local dining destinations through large slideshows. While the site primarily targets prospective tenants, it also acts as resource for current tenants. A social media campaign and active twitter feed encourage community involvement and a ‘Resident’ section allows residents to log in to a portal that enables them to communicate with the building supervisor, pay rent, and more. Our custom CMS makes it easy for the client to update building availabilities and floor plans. Since the launch, Eleven80’s success is demonstrated by its low vacancy rate.
