Folks Insurance Group is an Independent Insurance Agency located in Suffolk County. In order to compete in the marketplace, Main Street businesses like Folks Insurance Group are often in the position of having to expand their business using limited budgets and resources.
CSD began working with Folks in order to help them roll out a new insurance product for the funeral industry called Directors Choice. With a limited budget, CSD overhauled the Folks website while developing a marketing campaign for Directors Choice. CSD redesigned the website to showcase not just Directors Choice, but all of Folks’ personal and business insurance products. In addition to a fresh design and responsive build, CSD made the quoting process more efficient for both agent and customer by building and implementing complex quote forms for each of Folks’ insurance types.
