Cushman & Wakefield had just completed a comprehensive redesign of its Knowledge Center Portal. This included a complete redesign and reorganization of all its research collateral. C&W wanted to promote this news in a big way. The corporate video accomplished three objectives: 1) it educated the internal staff, 2) it informed their clients, and 3) encouraged online registration. The video was sent out as part of an email campaign and also played in the lobby of their offices.
