Longtime client HJ Kalikow engages CS Designworks in its third iteration website of its trophy property 101 Park Avenue.
Unmistakable and perched at the corner of 41st Street and Park Avenue adjacent to Grand Central Terminal sits 101 Park Avenue. This 50-story 1.2M square foot property is a fixture in the Grand Central area and noted for its uniquely shaped and diagonally situated glass architectural masterpiece. Inside sits pre-eminent tenants and top-of-the-line amenities unique to Manhattan office space.
Working closely with the Kalikow team, CSD embarked on this redesign in its typical methodical fashion which included: competitive analysis, site mapping, wireframing, design and development. This included a logo update as well as new photography showcasing new tenant buildouts and featured amenities.
This custom WordPress development showcases an interactive location map and stacking plan showing current availabilities with downloads. The site is simple to navigate, and its clean user interface allows the visitor to access relevant information within a few clicks. The robust Content Management System makes future updates a breeze and enhances its searchability within the highly competitive commercial real estate landscape.
