Nick Chiechi is a seasoned design leader, creative strategist, and founder of CS Designworks, a boutique B2B branding and communications agency serving growth-minded businesses for nearly 30 years. Equal parts designer, problem solver, and strategist, Nick combines hands-on creative direction with deep business acumen to help clients clarify their message, elevate their brand, and drive measurable results.
Nick’s formal training at Pratt Institute laid the foundation for his design philosophy—merging creativity with critical thinking and purpose. There, he learned that great design begins with empathy and strategy, not aesthetics alone. After graduating, he launched his career at the Steve Burnett Group, where he honed his ability to translate client objectives into powerful visual solutions—developing an understanding that design must not only look good but drive business outcomes. Later, through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, Nick strengthened his business acumen, aligning creative vision with strategic growth to position CS Designworks as a true partner in helping clients achieve measurable success.
Since founding CS Designworks in 1996, Nick has cultivated a reputation for delivering design that works—strategically, visually, and emotionally. As Creative Director, he remains deeply involved in every engagement, ensuring that each project aligns with client objectives, from high-level messaging to fine-grained execution. Whether leading a rebrand, developing a corporate website, or crafting a comprehensive marketing campaign, Nick ensures every deliverable communicates clearly, performs effectively, and inspires confidence.

Michael Miller
Digital Mixed Media Designer, Web Developer
Michael is a veteran in the digital mixed media design world, with nearly 30 years of experience in print, interactive (UX/UI) and web design and development. His work experience runs the gamut, from corporate to start-ups to independent artists/filmmakers, taking on a wide range of challenging projects including web and mobile design, product branding, animation, advertising (banners and brochures), video producting and editing, phototography and photo retouching, social media, email marketing, print design and pre-press, and music/audio production.
Milena Buscaglia
Senior Promotions Advisor
Milena has managed the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) needs of CSD since 1991. In 2002, she joined the company full-time to manage the firm’s growing promotional and event premium business. Milena researches, develops, negotiates, and processes promotional projects through every phase of manufacturing and delivery. Always on top of the latest trends in promotional premiums and corporate gifts, she uses a national database to access a roster of more than 20,000 suppliers and manufacturers.
Gary Oosterhuis
President, Web Developer, Link Web Development
Gary is a leading web developer and programming expert. President of Link Web Development (LWD), he handles the installation and configuration of websites, blogs, forum software, web applications, and any other database-driven site functionality. He develops custom content management systems (CMS) that are both technologically advanced and easy to use. Gary’s knowledge of programming includes: AJAX, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, JQuery, HTML 5, Bootstrap, and CSS3. Since 1995 CSD has collaborated with LWD. LWD is an extension of CSD and provides superior development and hosting services. LWD has developed over 300 websites to their credit. Their staff of talented programmers and developers are cutting edge.

For 25 years, Ed has provided creative direction and inspirational design for branding programs, sales and marketing campaigns, product and service launches, and interactive communications. His focus is on creating innovative marketing concepts with an eye toward business imperatives and target audience. His creative process is designed to identify and render a crystal-clear narrative to send across all media. Edward has succeeded by leveraging three core strengths: conducting in-depth reconnaissance to discover a clients’ essential marketing needs; creating concepts that express client message, however complex; and leading creative and technology teams to deliver products that consistently outperform client expectations.
Andrea Kuch
President, Berkeley Communications
Andrea is an “idea’s person”, with a strong background in the strategic development of high quality, innovative focused communications solutions that deliver exceptional results for her corporate clients. With an editorial background, her primary focus is on tailored quality content - print, online, video - that strengthens corporate branding and can be re-purposed and distributed in multiple ways to achieve excellent results for her clients. Projects have included online magazines, websites, media relations, client events, research based white papers and more, which are disseminated through appropriate social media channels. In addition to local and national projects, Andrea has led large multinational teams in the development of complex global projects, such as global online annual reviews.
